Seeking proposals from qualified consultants to gather data and information resulting in a Facilities Master Plan to include a Community Needs Assessment, a Facilities Analysis and Building Programs, a Facilities Maintenance and Repair Plan, a Renovation and Construction plan, and a Financial Feasibility Assessment. Given the scope of the project, the consultant may choose to bid on all, or components.
