The By-Laws of the WV APA was last amended at its General Annual Meeting on December 2, 2020

These bylaws were first revised in 1963 and have since gone through 23 iterations.

The purpose of the bylaws is to maintain consistency in the running of the APA WV committee.  Bylaws communicate organizational rules so internal disputes and conflict can be avoided. The committee will also use bylaws to educate incoming directors and officers, and they refer to bylaws so meetings and elections of the committee run smoothly.
