Executive Committee
Requirements of Executive Committee Leadership
The Executive Committee shall:
(a) manage the affairs of the Chapter;
(b) report to the membership upon all business which is considered or acted upon between Chapter meetings;
(c) put into effect the votes of the Chapter; and
(d) adopt the annual budget or authorize special expenditure of funds when necessary without incurring liabilities exceeding normally expected revenue; and perform such other functions as are delegated herein or by the members of the Chapter.
Additionally these positions require:
- A two year term starting January 1, 2025
- Attendance at the monthly EC virtual meetings
- Attendance at at least one Committee meeting
- Coordination with partners such as the WVU Land Use Law Clinic, Brownfields Center, Municipal League Counties, and more

Ms. Scott is currently the County Planner/Floodplain Manager for Hardy County, WV.
Cassidy Riley
Ms. Riley is currently the Director of Project Management for the Kanawha County Commission.
